A man from Nigeria has scaled Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to raise the flag for the Labor Party (LP).

 

 

 

The Labour party flag, a (Nigerian political party), was raised by a man going by the handle @OGersh atop Africa’s tallest mountain, Uhuru

.
According to report, Peter Obi, a former governor of the state of Anambra, would run for president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023 using the LP as his platform.

On Friday, October 20, 2022, OGersh reached the summit of the mountain after 1012 hours of climbing, hiking, and travelling.

After his successful hoisting of the Labour Party flag, OGersh took to his Twitter handle @OGersh and wrote: “… I made it to the Uhuru Peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, 5,895m above sea level. There is no better place to announce the coming of a New Nigeria than the Rooftop of Africa”
